FAQ

Why do I need to RSVP or register?
An RSVP is a common courtesy, as well as a good way to let me know how many people to expect. RSVP is due with paid registration by AUGUST 31st, 2012 at 12pm EST.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Guests are more than welcome! Just be sure to add a +1, 2, or 3 to your RSVP no later than the August 15th deadline. You can choose to pay for your guests' registration or you can direct them to the site and have them pay for their own. Visit the registration page for details.

What do I need to bring?
  1. Supplies for your own project such as a sewing machine, scissors, extension cord, glue gun. As well as any you may need for the mini classes you elect to attend, see individual class descriptions for details.

  2. Calling cards or business cards. Check out these great examples from the Alt Design Summit.

  3. You are invited to bring a small item to add to the swag bag, see sponsor page for details.

  4. Bras! We're not kidding! Visit the Give Back page for details.

What will be provided?
A power supply, a work surface, lunch, snacks, drinks and great company.

What's for lunch?
We are still nailing down the menu, however it's looking really good!

What is the cost?
Yes $45.00 per person, (if you register by August 31st!) which if you do the math equals less than $5 a class, including lunch! After the August 31st deadline the cost goes up incrementally. Check out the details on the registration page.

What about the food?!
Yes, there will be food! Don't worry, there will be plenty of drinks, snacks and sweets throughout the day. If you are allergic to anything contact us so we can work around your allergy.

When is the deadline?
All RSVPs and paid registrations must be in no later than August 31st at 12pm EST to get the best rate.

What if I am unable to attend after I've registered?
If sadly, your plans change let us know and you will receive a partial refund. You will be missed! Only a partial refund will be given due to overhead costs.

Can I leave come late or leave early?
We would hate for you to miss any of our event, however if unavoidable we understand. However we cannot pro-rate your ticket.

Can I bring my children?
Babes in arms are welcome. However, please arrange to leave non-nursing children (toddlers on up) in the care of someone for the event. This will allow you to focus on your projects, give you a break, and help you get the most out of your experience.

However, if you are the proud parent of an interested daughter 12 on up, she can craft along side you as your guest.  Just remember to add +1 to your RSVP.

FYI: There is no smoking on property, per the Westmoreland Town Hall requirements.
